Japan sourcing and personal shopper questions
How long does sourcing from Japan take?
It depends on the piece — some items are found within days, rarer ones can take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeframe as soon as we understand what you're after.
What does "Rank A / Rank S" condition mean?
These are Japan's pre-loved market condition grades. Rank S is essentially like-new; Rank A is excellent preloved condition with only the faintest signs of wear. We only source within these two grades.
Do I have to pay before you find the item?
No — we shortlist options first and you approve before anything is purchased on your behalf.
What about shipping and returns?
Orders over $350 include free tracked delivery anywhere in Australia. Because pieces are sourced specifically for you, our standard no-returns policy applies — condition is fully documented before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Can you source hard-to-get pieces like Hermès Birkin or Kelly bags?
We can — availability depends on what's genuinely on the market at the time, so timelines and pricing vary more for these than for other brands. Let us know what you're after and we'll be upfront about what's realistic.
Do you offer a personal shopper service in Sydney?
Yes. We act as your personal shopper for luxury handbags, jewellery and accessories — you share your budget, style and occasion, and we curate a shortlist sourced from Japan and our wider network. We're Sydney based and ship Australia-wide.
