What We Accept
We are highly selective and specialize in luxury and contemporary designer brands. We accept a wide range of items, including clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories. Please note that even if a brand is on our accepted list, we may not accept every item. Items must be in excellent, clean condition with any flaws disclosed.

We determine the final selling price of your items based on a comprehensive analysis of the current market, item condition, and brand popularity. Prices for items under $1,000 are non-negotiable, while we may consider offers for items priced above this threshold.
Yes, all items must be 100% authentic. We reserve the right to have items professionally authenticated. The cost of authentication will be deducted from your payout.
All consigned items must be dry-cleaned or laundered and in excellent, ready-to-sell condition. Any imperfections, no matter how small, must be clearly disclosed during the submission process.
No. By consigning with us, you agree that your items will not be listed for sale on any other platform (online or in-store) while they are in our possession. You must be committed to selling these items through our service.
You are responsible for all postage and insurance costs when shipping items to us. We may offer complimentary collection for consignors with a large number of items (20+) within the Brisbane area.
Payouts are processed weekly via bank transfer every Tuesday. You will receive an email notification when your payment is on its way.
