Sizing
Chanel sizes in EU and, as a rule, runs narrow rather than short. The ballerina flat in particular is cut slim through the toe box — if you are between sizes or have a wider foot, size up. We list the EU size as marked on every pair, and where a style is known to run small or generous we say so in the listing rather than leaving you to guess.
What we inspect
On preloved footwear the honest signals are all in the same few places: the sole, the heel tip, the toe cap and the insole stamp. We photograph the soles on every pair — that is where wear shows first and where sellers most often avoid pointing the camera. Interior stamps, the CC hardware and any scuffing to the cap toe are photographed too. If a pair has been worn, you will see how much.
Condition grading
We buy only in Rank A and Rank S condition — excellent through to near-new — and we list brand new with tags separately where a pair has genuinely never been worn. Every pair is authenticated before it goes live.
