Part I: Consignment (Selling Your Items)

1. Consignment Submission

You can submit your luxury items for consignment through one of two methods:

• In-Person Drop-Off: You are welcome to drop off your items at our boutique

location: 83 Majors Bay Road, Concord, NSW 2137. Please contact us

beforehand to schedule a convenient time.

• Shipping: You may ship your items to us. The consignor is responsible for the cost

and security of shipping the items to ReLux Consignment. We strongly

recommend using a tracked and insured service.2. Consignment Earnings (Your Commission)

Consignors receive a percentage of the final sale price, calculated based on the selling

price and the item category. The final percentage is applied to the final sale price achieved

for the item.

The amount shown on your consignment receipt or portal is your current expected payout.

ReLux may sell items above or below the initial listed price to secure a sale. Any

negotiated adjustments or discounts are reflected proportionally in your final payout.

3. Authentication & Condition

• Authentication Process: Authenticity is taken very seriously. All items undergo a

mandatory authentication process. ReLux exclusively uses reputable authentication

companies, including Luxury Authentication Australia and Real Authentication.

• Item Condition: Items must be delivered clean, damage-free, and in excellent,

sellable condition. ReLux reserves the right to reject or return items that do not

meet our standards.

• Counterfeit Items: Any item determined to be a counterfeit will be returned to the

consignor immediately.

4. Pricing & Price Reductions

Final pricing is determined at ReLux's discretion, based on market value, item

condition, and current demand.

• Negotiation Margin: A negotiation margin of up to 10% may be applied to the listed

price at any time to facilitate a sale.• Major Reductions: Reductions beyond the 10% negotiation margin require the

consignor’s explicit approval.

• Taxes: Where applicable, the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included

in the customer-facing sale price. GST is absorbed by ReLux and does not impact

the consignor's agreed-upon payout percentage.

5. Payouts

• Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed weekly on Mondays for all items sold in

the preceding week (meaning you are paid the Monday following the date your item

sold).

• Payment Method: Payments are made via the consignor’s preferred method (as

selected in the Consignor Portal or agreed upon).

6. Consignment Period & Unsold Items

• Consignment Term: Items are consigned for a maximum period of 90 days.

• End of Term: Once the 90-day period ends, consignors are notified via email.

Unsold items may then be:

Collected by the consignor.

Donated to a charity supported by ReLux.

• Uncollected Items: If unsold items are not collected within 30 days of the

notification, they may be donated at ReLux's discretion.

7. Liability for Consigned Items

While ReLux takes the utmost care in handling all consigned items, we are not liable for

loss or damage caused by: age, natural wear, inherent material flaws, shipping, or

circumstances beyond our control (e.g., fire, flood, theft).

Part II: Purchases (Buying from Our Store)8. Final Sales Policy

All sales are final.

ReLux does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including

change of mind.

• Items are sold in the condition described at the time of sale. Responsibility for the

item's care passes entirely to the buyer upon purchase.

9. International Sales

• International buyers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs

fees levied in their own jurisdiction.

• International buyers accept responsibility for handling, shipping logistics, and any

import restrictions or duties in their country.

Part III: General Terms & Conditions

10. Website Use & Security

• Users must not misuse our website, transmit harmful code (such as viruses), or

violate any laws while using our services.

• You agree not to copy, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the site (including

images, descriptions, and branding) without the express written permission of

ReLux Consignment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

11. Accounts & Data Security• Where accounts are created (e.g., for the Consignor Portal), you are responsible for

maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs

under your account.

12. Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally, the information on our site may contain typographical errors,

inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and

availability.

• ReLux reserves the right to correct any errors or update information at any time

without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReLux Consignment is not liable for any indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or

purchased products.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South

Wales, Australia. International users agree to resolve any disputes under Australian law.
